Cheryl earned her Real Estate License in 2010. She specializes in Investment Properties, First-Time Home Buyers, and Relocation Services and serves all of the Central Texas area, to include Fort Hood, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, Kempner, Florence, and Lampasas. She has been working with Investors for over 6 yrs in procuring and protecting their investments. As an Accomplished Artist with more than 12 yrs experience in Sales & Marketing, Cheryl knows how to get your home or investment property top exposure and is dedicated to providing special tools in cutting edge technology and problem solving to exceed the expectations of her clients. She is a member in good standing of the Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS® (FHAAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Fort Hood Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Originally from Dallas, Texas, Cheryl moved to Holly Beach, Louisiana, before she and her family decided to call Killeen home. Having been a volunteer caseworker at a homeless shelter and a Sunday School Teacher, Cheryl believes in giving back to her community.
